Where Every Jew Is Family!
Welcome to Chabad of South Carolina, a Jewish community in Columbia where people of all backgrounds and levels of observance can feel at home.
Whether you grew up going to synagogue, are reconnecting with your Judaism, or have just moved to the area, we’d love to meet you. You don’t need to know Hebrew or know anyone here to join us.
At the Chabad Aleph House, we come together for Shabbat services, holiday celebrations, Torah classes, and community gatherings. Through Camp Gan Israel and programs for children, teens, and adults, we help make Jewish life meaningful, joyful, and part of everyday life.
Inspired by the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s love for every Jew, we believe that every person matters. We’re here to celebrate your happy occasions, offer support during difficult times, and make time for your questions.
Come for a service, try a class, join a celebration, or simply reach out and introduce yourself. We look forward to getting to know you.
